	The items you require for MT work are 1) Internet connection 2)Audio Player suitable for Transcription viz Express scribe, Word script etc., Medical dictionary, Headphones,amplifier if the audio files are not quite audio able, Foot Pedals which are compatible with the audio player that is being used and of course a good computer !!!

	The cheapest Foot pedals r from Rs 800/- per unit but at times they fail as cheap type of switches are used and r normally connected to serial port .i.e. 9 pin. Just by paying Rs. 100/- more you can get better quality foot pedals. Kumar
