The definition by law makers went on to state quite clearly: "This definition does not apply to depictions that are drawings, cartoons, sculptures, or paintings depicting minors or adults", U.S. Code, Title 18, Section 2256 [1].

Yeah, I know you are pathetic. I never said anything about research, you dipshit. No one is researching anything here and if you believe that, you're more of an ass than I thought possible. The "research" part of the name just refers to researching celebrities et al. The facts are real-life situations- but videos or pictures- as long as it's spanking related. The reason for the name "facts and research" is to distinguish this group from the enormous amount of crap and fetish-related junk out there. This isn't a site for porn or mainstream spanking pay-sites. There are plenty of those out there.
And for the record, I don't need to worry about ever becoming a news story because I would never lay a hand on a child- as I've repeatedly stated. I have no interest in spanking children (or adults for that matter). The police can come look at my computer any time. Drawings are not illegal. And I'm babysitting tonight as a matter of fact- she's already fast asleep. Again, just because you can't seem to separate reality from fantasy, doesn't mean everyone has that problem.

You obviously haven't been around SF&R very long if you think the main page was all adults. That is a recent development, and it's certainly not the way Paul ideally wants it.
