At 1,30 shes speaks of getting a 'klaps' (a smack)
at 1,33 she speaks of the harsher spankings 'richtig den po voll gekriegt' by her mom. that's when she turns her eyes away from the camera, puts on some sort of sheepish grin and sucks air through her teeth, as if something was very unpleasant or painful :)
At 1.40 she starts explaining that her mom grew up in a 'different world' (a different time)and that she (sarah) got it less (here there is no reference to 'spanking', but everyone knows what she's talking about).
At 1.45 she says she got 'it' relatively often 'now and then'. A nonsensical statement :) obviously she is just chatting along without thinking too much.
It is mentioned over and over again that her mother spanked her. Probably nobody else did.

ok. the exat phrases she uses:
she says she was 'verhauen'. that is an euphenism for 'getting a beating'. usually used in the context of spanking.
she also says she still got a 'klaps' back in the days when she was a child. 'klaps' means 'smack'. another commonly used euphenism.
later on she says she sometimes really got 'den po voll' a silly phrase which is difficult to translate, but commonly used in this context. literally it means 'getting the bottom covered'. covered with slaps that is :)

It's clear that she's not talking about fruit salad. At least, for a short while, she is talking about spanking. The rest of the vid might be about fruit salad, I suppose, but that's a different fetish.
On at least one German facebook site, they are talking about this video and confirming the "translation" below.
