I have checked several sources in regards to your inquire about the grave sites of Ruben and Plesant Bledsoe not being found in New Loyston Cemetery. Finding a grave that is not listed in the Footprints book on the inventory of the cemeteries of Union County is not that all unusual. There were a total of 1o93 graves reintered in this cemetery in the 1930's and if I were to take a guess there are most likley over 500 that have no headstones marking their grave. I have checked two other list and find no mention to your Bledsoe's. I have also checked the the reinterment survey map and the field notes on all of the reinterments done in New Loyston Cemetery. What I can tell you is that the Plumer Sharp Cemetery survey done by the TVA prior to the disentirments indicate that their were 14 graves in that cemetery and that only 12 were moved. If I run onto any other information on your Bledsoe's I will let you know.
