	The logic behind the "official franchisor of DogWasteRemovalService.com is simple. I didn't want a pooper-scooper franchise to dominate my directory. So, I have all franchise companies bid to be the only franchise on the directory. Then the one that wins the bidding has their own page with a couple prominent links on the homepage but they do not have a banner on the top of each state's page undermining the other client's listings. I give the official franchise an average postion of third in each state in which tehy operate. On some directories, it's almost as if the these deep pocketed franchisors own the website, and it's creater simply receives a royalty.
