	There are times when a trial separation is the best course of action. I've seen cases where relationships were totally reformed and saved as the result of a few month separation. There are many theories as to why this is the case, but separations have proven beneficial to many relationships. I've heard, "I did not know what I had until I lost it". Perhaps the sepearation combats the "taking for granted" phenomenon.
