You use some useful tool to open up vMac's hard disk image, and copy the file across. Then run the MacMinix program. Have a look around for BasiliskII, HFVExplorer, or similar.

I have vMac operational with System 7.0.1 running. But how do I access the MacMinix files through vMac in order to launch the system?
