The source code is included with MacMinix. You can boot up into MacMinix and look in the file system. Without booting in MacMinix you won't be able to access the source.

Hello, where can I find the mac minix source? I'd like to try and fix it up so it'll at least run on OS 8. I think the next step would be carbonizing it....
