A teams should play each other in one bigger division. B teams are the biggest waste of time to play because nothing is learned by playing them. It makes A teams worse playing stupid interdivisionals

With enough heads up I should be able to snag the UML gym, all three courts for two days... It is the 'middle' of league for the most part, we also have enough parking and lodging near by, I have connection with a local radisson and might be able to swing something. It is also easily located right off the highway (rte3 and 93).

seems like location might be a problem for something like that....where would we fit all these teams, it sounds like basically having two tournaments at the same site

i know the B teams would want to be moved up for the second day but the weaker A teams might not agree to be moved down

i think it should be a two day tournament, with the top two B teams replacing the low two A teams...giving the low A teams a chance to win a few and the top B teams a chance to prove themselves.

I think the interdivisionals are fun, but obviously a bit one sided when the A teams come and clean house. It would work best if the interdivisionals were kept within As and Bs so both leagues can have a solid day of competitive volleyball. I also think that they should be longer, perhaps two days of maybe 6-8 games? The club season is short enough for some teams I'm sure they'd like a few more games here and there.

What do people think about the current procedure of offering interdivisional and divisional tournament dates for NECVL competition?
