	FormSaver.Net works on any site; simply add the html to your page that is given in the FormSaver.Net options page. The FormSaver.Net forms will not be automatically saved to your navigation bar.

	I have built a form. But it appearded on my web site once and never reappeared. 1) How do I get it onto my site? 2) Will it be added onto my Navigation Bar? 3) Do these forms only work with Pliner.net web sites? Thanks OJS
