About the Assisted Response System
The Assisted Response System (ARS) is a robust CRM system designed to help you quickly respond to incoming e-mail. ARS has additional capabilities such as bulk mailings, bounce detection, and extensive reporting. ARS assists the operator in selecting the proper response for each e-mail, from a library of preconfigured responses. Once messages are matched with responses, you simply decide whether to send the response as-is, or if necessary, you can customize the response. ARS will automatically detect if someone has sent you e-mail before, and show you the messages that someone has sent, so you can accurately take care of correspondences, not just individual e-mails. This also makes it easy for multiple operators to process e-mail, as they can scan the entire conversation with the customer. With ARS, you can keep track of all messages that have been sent to and from your e-mail account at any time by simply using the Message Viewer. Dynamic charts are included too, and will allow you to see any relevant data related to the usage of your e-mail account via ARS.
