A good amount of design changes were made to the message boards, to make them look nicer and easier to use. If you are using a custom stylesheet, double check your boards. Also note that instead of saying the number of replies there are in a thread, it says the number of messages. So if there are 0 replies to a thread, it will say there is 1 message (refering to the original message).
